Sleep, sleep apnoea and mental health

A series of short informative talks, questions, and facilitated discussion in small groups, for sleep services staff, and staff who work with people with mental health difficulties. Improve your practice, advocate for your field, share your knowledge, and get answers to your questions.
Attendees will improve their knowledge on:
· Potential impacts of mental health problems on sleep apnoea detection and treatment, and how to help
· The signs of sleep apnoea, its impact, and treatments
· Interactions between sleep and mental health to be aware of
Speakers include:
Kirstie Anderson (Consultant Neurologist specialising in sleep, and sleep in mental health)
Melissa Pyle (PhD, Assistant Director at Psychosis Research Unit, psychology researcher specialising in stigma)
Nicholas Meyer (PhD, Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in sleep medicine)
