Nicholas Budhram
Nick is a Specialist Trainee in Respiratory Medicine in the South West Deanery who is currently out of programme as a clinical fellow in sleep and ventilation at the Bristol Sleep Unit. He graduated Medicine from the University of Leicester in 2013, having also completed an intercalated BSc in Medical Ethics and Law at King’s College London. During his Foundation Training he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and Management. Following this he pursued his interest in teaching as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Leicester Medical School and was awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy. He completed his Core Medical Training and Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in Bristol where he now lives.
Nick is passionate about the importance of sleep to overall health and its role in illness. In his career he hopes to work actively in promoting sleep health to medical professionals and the general public.
